November NYC Artist Events: A Month of Color, Connection, and Creative Joy

November has already proven to be such an exciting month. To have the opportunity to be a part of two NYC Artist events in one month fills my heart with such gratitude and renewed inspiration. Earlier this month on November 1st, I had the honor of participating in the Rhythm and Hues Gallery Event in Midtown, NY. It was a truly unforgettable night surrounded by creativity and community. I had the pleasure of meeting twenty amazing artists, and it was incredible to connect with other artists and share this special moment.

I’m deeply humbled by the response to my pieces, especially “Mother Nature” and my now sold-out Fall Florals collection! Seeing people connect so deeply with my work reminds me why I create, as I want to spark joy in others and create connection through my passion for color and texture.

A heartfelt thank you to Cynthia Castaneda and Matthew Lindblad for hosting and curating such a beautiful event, and for inviting me to be part of it. I look forward to returning to Rhythm and Hues Gallery in the future!

Upcoming Brooklyn Artist Event

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been selected as a featured artist at Bushwick Gallery, for an upcoming exhibition curated by Michael O’Malley. The theme of the event is Vivid Force and explores the raw energy of bold color in its unapologetic, intense, and commanding form. This exhibition celebrates how color conveys strength, movement, and impact across artistic forms, from fiery reds to deep blues, and all the colors in between.  It means so much to me to be chosen to showcase my art, especially for an event centered around exploring bold color, as I absolutely love working with bright and vibrant color.

My piece, “The Elusive Heart of the Rainbow Garden,” will be on display November 13–20. This painting has been nearly a year in the making and I’ve poured myself into this piece. I am overjoyed to finally share it. This has been my most ambitious project, but it is filled with pure joy for me. In it, I discovered my voice. I discovered peace. And , I discovered that I am where I am meant to be. This piece is about my place in this colorful world. This piece is me.

I would be honored to have you join me and other incredible artists for the opening night reception on November 13th.  RSVP is required. Find out more details and RSVP to the Bushwick Gallery Opening here!
